My client Dewitt Jones runs his own lawn business where he treats and mends your grass for a very reasonable price. He inquired about promoting his business on multiple social media platforms. So, he was looking for a unique kind of flyer he could post several times throughout the year. When it comes to the revised changed aesthetics of this flyer, I decided to substitute the brighter background for an overall warmer feel. Doing this caused me to manipulate the wording and font color to the complete opposite; This way the audience still gets a clear “call to action”. I also decided to incorporate more “weeds” in the background to give it a 3D edge on social media. I find that people pay attention more to content that stands out or pops out at them. All in all, the changed aesthetics gives the client two different versions he can post. The more content the better.
